Exercise6: Objects in different positions within the frame

In this exercise i  needed to find a subject with a plain background. I then needed to produce  a series of images placing the subject in different places within the frame. Due to the British weather i struggled to get out shooting so although the subject is not very artistic i feel it meets the desired criteria.

Once completed i was to place the images in order of personal preference.

positions within the frame (20 of 54)-Edit

Above is the original image captured without much thought about composition , a bit of a point and shoot image , and my least favourite of the group.Included within this image are the frames of the images below showing their positions within the original image.

objects in differnt positions wiothin the frame (2 of 6)

Image 2 above was taken central but slightly zoomed , quite boring

Image 3 above slightly to the left a little better but no real interesting content

Image 4 above with the subject towards the right side of the frame

Image 5 above central but slightly to the top edge

Image 6 above left and slightly to the top

And finally my favourite image 7 above slightly upon and to the right hand side of the frame enabling the slopes of the grass terraces to converge towards the step resulting in the eye being guided the the subject .With a better subject its positioning within the frame could enhance an image greatly.
